Dear Friends,

I have an opportunity of buying a Smith & Wesson 686 Performance Center with 2.5" barrel . Has anyone in the forum used this gun and could guide me if this is a good choice ?

Thanks and best wishes for the new year

I finally bought the Werywin Smith&Wesson 686 + Performance Center in .357 today.
Don't ask me the price, suffice to say that I could have bought sedan instead :)
Wish me luck and will report my firing experiences.

I too want to buy Werywin 686+ revolver by the end of this year.
Please post your 'till now' experiences with the said revolver.

Dear Reddick,

The one I have is absolutely magnificent. It's completely made in stainless steel .The tigger is super smooth and very accurate ( I fired 10 meters or so) . My practice on the .357 magnum cartridges hasn't been very much , only about 25 odd. The cartridges are very expensive and each time I shoot it literally bites my wallet :)
If you do find one, buy it, it's a keeper.

All the best
