KK: It's possible that a member here may be able to answer your questions. However, while members here are quite willing to share what they know about guns on these boards, we are more of a community of folks who are interested in guns of all types, rather than being the "answer man" for miscellaneous questions.
So, it's common for new members to find the Introductions & Welcome board further down from this one, and introduce yourself by sharing some things, especially about your interests and experiences with guns. There is no set rule about what to share, but you usually don't want to say things that will identify you specifically, for obvious reasons.
Some new members post their general locale -- take a look through the Introduction board and do whatever you find comfortable.
We are glad to have you here, as well.

Welcome to IFG. As others suggested, introducing yourself would be appreciated.
It is not often one comes across an 8bore in India. Could you please share some details of your gun? Posting photos would be awesome. The .404 does not sound any less interesting.
I am sure there will be some inputs shortly in your way.
