Excellent, Slingshot. You are in fighting shape. Not bad at all!

I always sneered at body weight exercises. Sheer ignorance on my part and nothing else. These days I am into push-ups and reverse push-ups. I can tell you that they work but you already know!

Here we call those "12 Ounce Curls", but since you are using actual pints yours would be considered "16 Ounce Curls".

Had played university cricket as a fast bowler and middle order batsman .

Go swimming (at a large and beautifull reservoir near our farm house)whenever at my place in Odisha off from work .

Occasional hiking and rappleing as we have a mountaineous terrain close by .

If there was a way to actually define a rockstar the more likely I assume the title would go to Brihaji !!
The more we get to know you ,the more we cherish your presence over here .Someday would definitely like to meet
a personality like you ....!

Holy Cow, Hemant
That is a big animal. If he keeps growing, you're going to need to get him a saddle.
Then, if you get yourself a spear, you can get all your exercise when you take him pig sticking. :)

I need to do a lot of work on the lower back and obliques. For the shoulders and upper back, I am using the horizontal bars. Work in progress.

2. upper back
3. latticemus dorsi (Lats)
4. lower back
> The following exercises w/o weights should help....
1.Pull ups on horizontal bars (the bar coming up to the back of your neck)
2.Cat stretches (Dhand)
3.Rowing
4. Pumping & swings on parallel bars
> If you have 5kg dumbells at home there are other exercises too....
