Didn't this happen in 1992 Los Angeles riot? A lot of anti-gun people rushed to gunshop to buy a firearm for self-defense but they were more than disappointed when their own made anti-gun law backfired, the picture below exactly describes their face when they found out they'll have to wait for 15 days.
