Can you be a little more specific as to what jacket you are looking out for? (Match/Event and .22/shotgun)
If you need one for competitions, then you will have to buy one from those who adhere to ISSU rules (which keep changing almost every year). I know contacts in Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Mhow apart from the Culcatta source. I will pass on these contacts if it is for either prone/3-P(.22 events) or Air rifle events.
If it is for shotgun, then I am sorry I have no useful info.
