"Can we carry .177 (doesn't require license while purchasing) Gel or Metal BB Pistols and Rifles (CO2, PCP and Electric) in Concealed Bags on Long-Distance Trains (Express, SF, etc.) as well Short-Distance Trains (Suburban or local example: Mumbai Locals)?"

Yes, you can carry provided it is in a proper case and not open. Ofcourse it would help if you carried along with your sales receipt .
