Here is the link of the video in which the guy empties two mags with his ashani .32 without any mis-fire..... That too with indian ammo
Looks too good to be
What are experts views on it
Very Smooth indeed.
I much prefer the IOF .32 Revolver over the Pistol.
It is much more reliable in a self defence scenario.
One should always Carry a Pistol/Revolver with Imported Ammunition.

Yeah Jr. I also do prefer iof .32 revolver for self defence becoz of its superb reliablity.
But I'm really amazed with perfection that pistol emptied those two mags, it isn't something we see everyday with ashani .32 that too with indian ammo
Looks like either the monkeys at iof had became sober or there's has been good craftsmanship done on it by a passionate gunsmith
Ashani may fire 50 cartridges without misfire or may fire 100 cartridges with one misfire but the problem is you never know when that misfire will come. Reliability is the most important feature of a self defence pistol and Ashani is not reliable.
Although I don't carry iof handgun, but given the choice between iof revolver or pistol, I would choose Ashani because iof revolver has it's own set of problems.

Revolver is thick and bulky, trigger pull is too heavy, too much barrel/cylinder gap, revolver ammo burns very dirty.......
