Hi,

Like everyone else, I am also new, I don't even own a gun at the moment. I would like to start off with joining a club. I read about the shooting range at HUC but there is no mention of what time I should go there to meet Mr. Govind Rao sa'ab. can anyone shed light on that?

Thanks.

Hi,
If I want to join the coaching classes at Central University Hyderabad, when should I come in the morning? Is there any contact number? I once came there in the evening and it was closed and no one was around.

@ Dheerajgundoji- Welcome to IFG

You can call TSRA on the provided contact number, this is located in Gachibowli.

You can also visit Chaderghat (there is a ground on the right side, on the way from Chaderghat bridge to MGBS) they usually have sports camps and in January they have put banner for shooting sports. You can visit them for more details.

Unfortunately I lost the number of both the places. I would recommend you visit them and get the details.

Hi Folks,

I had visited the shooting range at HCU yesterday... The range looks pretty good and also spoke to the official there.

As per the official, the following is the price structure:

Registration fee : Rs 1000
Monthly fee : Rs 1000.

Seems like in the past the range had several guns for practice, however all of them are damaged now. So i you have your own riffle, you can join and practice. I was told that the Priecihole NX100 (0.177 Cal) would be the best gun or starters and to practice. I checked in a store in the city and this rifle costs around Rs 12000. I'm planning to purchase one this week and start practice.

Thanks,
Rajesh
