Very impressive 'doodles' daryasarang! You should take up art, at least as a side line - you seem to have it in you. :D

What subject/s are you studying - just curious?

Thank you Sir .
I am doing my graduation in medical sciences ( MBBS ).
The credit goes to our community medicine professors , who allow us to do whatever we may please ( except chit-chatting ) .

Ahhh...there you go daryasarang - you remind me of my short lived career with medicine...doodling guns!

I moved on to work as a Medical Representative so young (not yet 20), that they called me the 'Glaxo Baby' with the company of the same name! ROTFL

I wish you huge success in your career and all the best in your love for firearms.

Good drawings. When I was in college my doodling used to be pictures of military aircraft. Later I would sit and calculate artillery or bullet trajectories and range - given the angle of elevation and muzzle velocity.

The doodles are fine. There's nothing wrong with your visualization skills.

For a technical standpoint, however, some of your safety selectors are going to be a bear to operate.
Remember, you have to operate them with your thumb (right thumb if you are right handed).

Image
Here is an M16 safety/fire selector. Note the positions are such that they can be easily operated with the thumb of the firing hand.

Some firearms, like this MP5, have ambidextrous safety selectors that can be operated easily by either left or right handed operators.

I think you would draw anything well. Your eye for detail is great and your ability to render 3-D and shading is far ahead of most people I know.

Why didn't you chose architecture as a career? There is probably more money in it than medicine.

Hey bro! Leave that doctor stuff and join Browning as a designer!!

CKK, didn't know you were with Glaxo! I was with Glaxo's successor, Heinz, for close on 10 years ...... of course, much junior to you!
Cheers!

I would definitely like to . Family obligations though don't permit the same .
I am a total illiterate when it comes to the technical things and terminologies in guns
In coming vacations ,I want to learn at least to disassemble and reassemble my airgun .
Thank you people for your compliments , It feels very comfortable in this forum , just like a katta in the college campus . Thank you .
@ briha Sir : will surely give the anatomical doodles a try .

In my humble opinion, the school administrators should be dropped into some place where they cannot survive without guns!
Cheers!
