And, we are not as lucky as you as far as gun ownership goes...
We have to pay lie 900,000 to 1,800,0000 for a decent handgun, like a Walther or a Beretta (that too in .32 or .22 calibre) And imported Revolvers are at least 500,000 K :-)

SERIOUSLY AMAZING....

YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT IN INDIAN RUPEESS....? YOU MEAN 9 LAKHS....?
IF YES THAN TOOOOO MUCH .............MAN

AND AGAIN THANKS TO ALL
Anybody answers me. ????

Sadly, Ribaalber is telling the truth.

dear DOM,
I'mnot from pakistan but have friends from there. As you can make out, I know a bit about life there.
You want more gun control? Use both hands!

Welcome to the forum Dom.

Looking at your location it kinda makes me curious, what are the gun laws in pakistan ? Can you get a license easily ? Do you also have the Prohibited and non prohibited bore BS over there ?

Bhargav: In Pakistan both local made handguns and imported are available at reasonable price.
7.62x25 and 9 mm calibers are quite famous there. One can get a license easily and there is no limit on number of handguns that one can own. Separate license is needed for each handgun.
They also have PN and NPB rule there. For more info you can visit www.pakguns.com.

Hello,

For the first time in my life I am getting jealous of you being in Pakistan, where you enjoy much more freedom in owning (better) guns. During the British rule, same laws applied to (theoretically) you and me, but my Govt. has subsequently succeeded in making all Indians infants.

I guess that there is equal percentage of bad guys in Pakistan as there is in India, but more good guys would be having a gun there, than in India.

Regards
Mahesh Bhagnari

PS: My folks migrated from Karachi during partition and have very fond memories from the city. I wish I could visit it. Does there still exist a locality called Bhagnari Pada?

Making a license is easy for traders and business individual.
.30 and 9mm are famous calibres,
Very few people go for .22 and .32 in handgun.
For PB permit like ak's one need solid contacts in federal government.
And yes i own 3 9mm handguns, 2 .30 calibre, 2 12 gauge pumps.
No limit for purchasing and getting license. If u want more and more then spend money on licenses and arms.
License cost here between PKR 5000 to 10000.

9mm handgun prices are from starting 40,000 to 80,0000 ( im talking about various turkish as well as russians, and czech, chinese and serbian, brazilian guns)
