A question on Retainers License

While possessing an arms license of my own could I at the same time be the retainer for my brother's arms or my wife's arms?
In short could a licensed arms holder be a retainer for another?

Awaiting your thoughts on this.

Roland.

In short,Yes, there is nothing in the Arms law that precludes one from becoming the retainer of another persons firearms just because he himself may already be a licensee. The verification process is the same as that for a licensee. Currently this is the only way a person could hold more than 3+1 firearms without either being a dealer or a renowned shot.
There is also nothing in the Law that says you cannot be a retainer for BOTH your brother's as well as your wife's firearms. :D
Please remember that the licensee is the one who has to request the inclusion of your name and photo in their license. I will assume you have read through the posts in the legal section regarding retainers and some limitations compared to a licensee.
Regards,
Anand
