Hey Abijeet, you should start of with posting an introduction here.

What do you want to know? If you can buy your dad's IOF pump action?

You mean can you have it transferred in your name? The simple answer is YES, so long as you have a valid license for a NPB SBBL (Single Barrel Breech Loading) Gun. Basically you will have to follow a similar procedure that one would follow when buying a gun from an individual licensee.

HTH

And as BJL has mentioned, please do take the time to post a brief introduction under the relevant section.

Cheers!

Abijeet,
Please avoid using text language here... it is not appreciated as it causes undue strain to read and understand. You are welcome to post your messages though....

Pump action gun is a civil weapon only.
But you will find it difficult to explain to authorites.
Only fully automatic guns are prohibited guns.
That means a gun which will fire contineously and automatically when pressure is applid to the trigger is automatic.
We have Prohibited guns, Restricted guns & custom guns.

So is any semi-auto other than pistols.
