I don't think you can.
The solution is that if you already have a weapon on your existing license , you should first dispose that off. Once disposed, you can get your uncle's weapon registered on your license. But your uncle will have to take permission to sell as well before he can legally transfer his weapon to you.
The other solution is that you should apply for a sanction to have a second weapon on your license. Then you can have your uncle's weapon transferred to your name, once you have the permission.
All the best, hope my counsel helps

I have a .22 bore sports license, and my uncle's license is protection license for .32 bore.

i want to apply for transfer of license under heirloom rules, where my sports license is not the concern.

Apply for a weapon endorsement on your existing license with Gift deed and NOC from your uncle. Since you only have one weapon endorsed on your license, you can have one more.

There is no role of family property etc. Just a gift deed and NOC and your uncle can go to meet LA on the date of hearing, you can also request an online interview if he is unable to visit due to age.

The botttom line is that any firearm must be registered on a licence . That is the Law. If you would like to have your uncle's .32 then it will have to be deleted from your uncle's license and endorsed in yours by the LA of your locality/district.
There are no short cuts to this, at least that is the case in Delhi, where I reside.

Bro i will make my question simple, If i apply with fresh license along with the family heirloom guidelines +NOC + Gift Deed. ... will the authority approve my license on the basis ? because as per the notification... father to son , son in laws & grandchildren's are allowed. i want to get the protection license as my uncle and continue the tradition.
