Isnt the urmi irrespective of being blunt is capable of harm?

Hi gunner_dh,
A stave is not not edged but is capable of killing.
Dear Kamalktr if your urumi is not edged then its not a weapon. In order to get a nuanced understanding please read the posts by GBM, you will not get a better guidance anywhere.
