Process for obtaining gun license after local police station approval

Hi,
I have finished the Civilian Rifle training course and also applied for an arms license. The application form has moved forward from the local police station and is probably at the ACP's office. Would there be any requirement from me to visit the ACP's office and DCP's office (if needed) to ensure its approval and progress, or will it be taken care of them now that the local police station has signed and sent it to them?
