XL, you are right. Ideally so. How ever, sadly so it gets stuck in customs if you import it without a license.

Hey Kiran... did you had to go for any training or something to get the rifle club license?

Hi Mahesh,

Sorry for the delayed reply. Yes, for importing air guns, you will have to be a member in any recognised club.

Usually the membership shall be obtained after six months of training.

Hope your doubt is clarified now:-)

Apologies again for the late response.

Regards,

KD

Dear Mahesh,

This pistol looks really cool and it's good deal too. I have checked the same in Ehobby. Their price is only 20$ but the shipping is 80$ which doesn't make sense.

Regarding the site, I have never made any purchase from them but I heard from IFG members that it's good and genuine.

If I were you, I would have ordered the pistol by now.

I hope it's good at 5 meters range. So go ahead.

And please let me know the performance. Accordingly, I will get one too.

KD

Thank you Kiran... but what I fear is that if there'll be some customs problem and they'll ask for rifle club membership...

I don't think you will have any customs problem as this is ABS metal.

Still if you have any doubt. You ask the redwolf guys to send them in parts.

Latter you can assemble the pistol by yourself.

BTW when are you planning to order?

Kiran, I'm just a college student so don't have a credit card that's why still I haven't purchased any gun so far. I even collected the needed money long back. So now one of my friend's brother has agreed to help me and I was to buy the pistol from fasttech.com then sometime before only I came to see this site... This pistol looks more original than the one in fasttech so I got a little confused. Anyway I'll be making the purchase as soon as possible.
Thanks a lot for your support Kiran :)

can anyone help me in assembling my M92FS GBB pistol

Post by kiran2608 » Sat Apr 12, 2014 10:33 am

Hmmm I can understand. College life is something where we can't have enough freedom in spending. The pistol which you have choosen costs you around Rs 4500 or more including shipping. Is it in your budget?

If you were in Bangalore, I would have definitely helped you.

Still importing airsoft guns depends on luck. As this is almost a plastic toy gun, I feel no much risk in customs, and if you are confident in conveniencing customs, please go ahead.

Please let me know if I can help you more.

All the best.

Oh...I didn't think much about shipping... the cost is $32 which means around Rs. 2000 right...
Then I think I have to go on with fasttech.com as a person from my state (Kerala) itself have received it safely...

And I dunno how to thank you Kiran... your advices and support itself is more than anything. Thanks a lot. :)

And yeah even though I'm a student, I earned the money for buying the gun myself by sweating...I can make even more... but these credit card and customs stuffs are the actual problems for me...
I'm feeling confident about the customs as you told there won't be any problem as it's ABS plastic...

So anyway I'm gonna try out fasttech.com.
And Thanks again, Kiran! :) :)

Yeah I think for now go ahead with the pistol in fasttech. Once you are comfortable in spending then you can go for some nice models.

We IFGans are here to help each other so always post your queries and some or other guys will definitely help you.

Post your pistol pics once you get it.
