Anybody know of any court ruling where the Chief Minister of a state has been reprimanded for wrongfully using his executive power to usurp the provisions of the constitution vis-a-vis the right to keep and bear arms?

I don't think there has been such ruling related to chief minister but there have been many good rulings related to Arms Act 1959. Here is the collection
