So all things being equal, lets assume one has a license to manufacture cartridges. In such a eventuality is there any local provider of smokeless powder and primers? who is authorized to supply the license holders

AFAIK only the PSU Explosives India makes these items and they don't supply the civilian market. Shaktiman is importing their requirements for manufacture, but as a licensed producer that isn't a problem for them.

I have only dbbl license.. my uncle who died had thousands of .22 empty rifle shells....can i keep them with me...or what to do?.....guide me
