Hey guys, so I recently bought a Discovery HS 4-16X44 SFIR FFP for my NX200, been using with the Zero recoil mount and muzzle weight. However, due to its slim stock and butt design, I'm not able to get proper cheek rest and eye relief. So I'm thinking of using the scope with the mount it came with which somehow feels comfortable and since it also mentions "Shock Proof", but I'm also doubtful as the reverse recoil may damage the scope since the scope is new to the market, well not that new, but I haven't seen any review of the scope being used on a springer/Nitro piston air rifles. Some insights would be highly appreciated. Thank you

Zero recoil mount is not necessary for NX 200 you can use the regular mounts which came with the scope.

Nitro platform has minimal shock/recoil. You can pretty much use any scope without fear of damaging it merely by recoil.

The only flaw with nx200 is the two screws getting loose in the front due the shock caused by the gun when fired

Thank you so much guys. I've started using it with the regular mount. The grouping with JSB 10.34 at 15-30 yards is just amazing. The zero holds even after 100 shots. Will be updating soon again. 😘 Thank you again

Sir, try applying some blue loctite in 2-3 threads of the screws/ hex nuts and tightening them. After drying, the screws wont loosen out on their own.

Yes, I have already done that, got a tube of blue loctite from Amazon and it's working fine. Thanks
