Where can I find an IZH 46M?

Hello everyone!
So, I finally decided to get back into shooting and have set my sights on 10 meter air pistol. My membership formalities are about over and am looking for a good quality starter pistol. From all my research, it seems the venerable Izzy is the logical choice. But, I cannot seem to find any information on how to get one. All the posts here are over 5 years old. Pyramid Air has run out of stock and Relish Sports is asking for 45,000, which seems a tad on the higher side as someone here had mentioned they managed to get one for 32,000 delivered.
Will really appreciate if anyone could tell me where to find one (preferably in Lucknow) and how much it might cost me. Also, I am a lefty with small hands, so, am thinking of going for Rink grips. Will these need to be imported separately, or, do distributors here swap grips, too?
