10kya experience

Hi IFG,
This is my first post, though I had planned to post experience with Precihole SP 50 air pistol. I had ordered it from 10kya site on tuesday 4 of July. Simultaneously I ordered a holster and pellets from kovibazaar which got delivered yesterday! 10kya support seems to be pathetic. No order confirmation from them or shipping details. No reply of mails. I called up on customer care (only number mentioned on their website) Sometimes a lady picks up..but no response to the query.
They should have a healthy business practice but it seems they dont care at all. And now they have remove the air pistol from their website as well!
