The news report says

"A lot of paper work and approvals are necessary to pave way for the possession of a 9 mm gun since it is so powerful that it is heavily restricted."

This is funny..never knew that a 9mm is restricted because of its power and not because its used by security forces :)

:) heh heh...and of course 357s are NPB because they are fired from revolvers, which are not very powerful in comparison to the very powerful sophisticated pistols.... :mrgreen: (Standard establishment vocabulary)
