dangerous handling of guns..

Found this report on times of india. If this report is true, I am not sure how can parents hand over loaded guns to children who cannot even carry it properly.

Well thats India....and some people are above the law...but more shocking than the firing by these kids was the statement of the concerned officer...I saw the news yesterday evening and it showed the sad state of affairs....or may be thats whats India shinning all about

Thank GOD things are not that bad here in Delhi as celebratory fire is not allowed and its a condition on your licence that in case caught ...the licence can be cancelled.
