Depends on what weapon you plan to use. They have on e at Siri Fort for Air Rifles and Air Pistols but for everything else including Air Rifles and Air pistols, barring Big Bore, you will find at the Dr. Karni Singh Shooting Ranges at Tuglakabad.
The day guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns.
