The Indian Ordnance Factory .32 Revolver goes for about ₹80-90,000 (including taxes), can't think of any other revolver (in India) which would fall within that price band.

Thankyou so much Mundaire for that quick advise.
Do I have an option of buying any pistol?

You could look at IOF pistol. Personally, I would go for the revolver.

Check the link below for the price list of IOF firearms for civilians.

I just blocked the iof mark 4. I was also stuck with the ashani for a while just because of its compactness.

But I rely on your opinions more [emoji16]. That’s the only reason why I didn’t take a second look.

The pistol is sooo unreliable. They couldn’t even eject the magazine.
Why on earth does that even exist?

IS THE REVOLVER RELIABLE [emoji39]

Isn’t .32 better when it comes to self defence ?

Besides the .32 being a more powerful round, the IOF made .22 revolver is plagued by many problems and is not IMHO a reliable enough piece for self-defence carry.

Cheers!

Respected members, as my liscence has been approved and i cant wait to buy the. 32 revolver so would it be better if I buy it from a gun dealer rather than saf or fgk, and what it will cost me extra from a gun dealer as i have a budget of 1 lakh
