Dear Sukhbir,
You can set up an indoor shooting range for Air Rifle/Pistol on any floor,provided you close all windows etc with SOUND material in the shooting space. Normally each lane is about 1.25M min in width x No of lanes you are planning. For a 10 M AR range, you require 14 Mtr length.
