Hi
Can a arms dealer license be transferred on the grand son's name? If yes under what provisions of arms act or arms rule?

It can not be transferred. Grandson can be made partner in the license. After grand father's death, grandson will automatically become proprietor.

Or once grandson is added as partner, then grandfather can withdraw his name.
