Air weapon dealer License

Hello ,
When applying for an "Air weapon" dealers license ,is it mandatory to submit certificate of arms and ammunition safety training course along with it ?. Or is it applicable only when applying for "Arms and ammunition" dealer license ?. Can someone shed some light on this ,thanks
