Interview with DCP (delhi)

Hi all
Tommorow i am having interview with dcp delhi for license on inheritance basis of father's dbbl gun . What type of questions he can ask? How to prepare for interview, kindly give some info abt it and if he ask that have u ever done shooting from that gun then wat should be my answer?? Actually i have tried it and this gun was of my father so saying yes can put me in trouble or not? Kindly guide respected seniors.

Answer all questions honestly and politely would be my suggestion. If you have shot your father's gun under his supervision, it is not illegal, unless of course this was done in an unsafe manner/ unsafe place.

Thank you abhijeet sir, interview was done yesterday and finished on a positive not. Now they have said me to wait for 15-20 days for the result. Just wondering why it takes so long!!

Dear sagar, you have got 20 days to approach for an influential political personality of your constituency. Without a good political connection it is very hard to get one.My all three licences expedited through that only.My personal advice is to go for a political recommendation, it will make your stride easy.

Dear Sagar,

I agree with tamancha that connections can help, however not all of us have them, I surely didn't, but I got mine without a problem. Just wait patiently till will be done, and sometimes referrals can rebound the other way also.

Do not use any influence when you have got things according to due process so far. Delhi Police licensing is pretty systematic and polite.

Hello all,
Feeling immense pleasure to inform that i got my fresh license today. Total process time was around 5 months without using any source. Once again i thanks all for guiding me by there vital information. :)
