Transfer to nephew inheritance basis?
Can uncle give his Arm License and his Weapons to nephew inheritance basis....? In delhi both Address is different.

Dear gcgupta,
As per my understanding DCP Licensing can transfer the Arms License to an individual's legal heir after his death and not while the individual is alive. The nephew will have to apply afresh like anybody else and he would be apprised of, as per merits. The different address in this case does not matter .
