Arms Act notification Shooter Categories and Ammo Quota

i was surfing through IFG for information about shooter categories and their prescribed ammunition quotas allowed, i came across a notification by MHA whose pic i am posting up in attached file, can anyone pls redirect me to the said post or send me the link to that notification.
