find clerk in secretriat in central secretriat. Ask him for all india you need an good approach in sect.

Please write in proper English so that all can understand. No shortcuts, this tendency for shortcuts has led to such a pathetic situation. If you want to proceed legally there are many ways but remember it would cost you money to pay the lawyers.

Dear All,

As per my knowledge the All India Validity in an Arms License can only be approved by the Secretary ( Home) of a State. Their criterion on granting one is very strict and cannot be inherited. In the good old days it was much simpler but it has gone stricter these days. Usually Politicians, Government Officers and " HVIs"(High Value individuals ) are the only recipients.

All the Best, though...India has it's own peculiar ways of working and maybe you get lucky...
