Photos of those chicken shashliks and venison sausages are making me ravenous!
Did you two down all the chicken legs?
I was wondering about the same.
If yes, you guys must share the secret of your lithe figures with us.

Actually, all that great food had a sizeable audience.
Baljit's family was due to return on Sun and besides he had invited a few of his mates over for the BBQ on Sat.
I must admit - my skills as a trencherman have diminished considerably with age!

Baljit if he was able to post any more images, Video - unfortunately he says that the ones that are left are of very poor quality and hence no point in posting them.
After a good rest on Sun, good byes said and after a simple breakfast, I set off back to Richmond about 9 am on Mon morning. The drive back was leisurely and I did my best to enjoy the fascinating scenery en route. I reached back by about 2 pm with wonderful memories of a fantastic weekend spent with
Baljit.

Baljit grills the marinated Chicken Drumsticks and Venison Sausage to perfection, constantly coating and turning them – he is quite the expert!

Next it is time to lay the Chicken Kebabs on the grill!
