Indians For Guns

Dear all,

We are having the much awaited meet at Japaloupe,Talegaon (PUNE) on Sunday of January 13th, 2013 0900 HRS ONWARDS. Many thanks to the efforts of fantumfan2003 and japaloupe in making this meet happen. Though the following have been mentioned before, here it goes again -

1. ONLY AIR WEAPONS (any caliber) PLEASE - ABSOLUTELY NO FIREARMS to be discharged.
2. STUDY AND OBEY ALL THE RELEVANT SAFETY RULES
3. Please do not point loaded or empty guns at horses, dogs and humans (in that order).
4. Nominal charges for food to be paid on spot. We shall be charged at actuals. SO PLEASE SAY "AYE" TO HELP 'EM GET THE HEADCOUNT.
5. Spread the word - the more the merrier. One does not need to have any membership to come and have fun at Japaloupe.
6. Feel free to get your own drinks or snacks for the pre-lunch munch. BUT NOTE THAT ALCOHOL AND LEAD DON'T GEL (my opinion). One may shoot or drink or shoot and drink but not shoot, drink and then shoot again. Of course talking about alcohol here.
7. Though easy for MMR-Pune region guys - ALL THOSE WHO CAN MAKE IT, ARE WELCOME.
8. Please behave responsibly and obey the instructions of organizers or other senior shooters.

Directions from Mumbai - Mumbai-Pune expressway till Talegaon exit. Hit the old NH4 (Pune-Mumbai highway), make a right and go towards Pune. A few minutes and Japaloupe Stud Farms will be to your left.

Directions from Pune - Join the old Pune-Mumbai NH4 and just before Talegaon, Japaloupe Stud Farms will be to your right.

Directions from everywhere else - Come to Mumbai or Pune and follow either of the two given above.

So get your ARs, pellets and what have you. But do mention the headcount and veg/ non-veg (default) preference.

Disclaimer:
1. To each his own - Organizers are not responsible for misdeeds and misdemeanors of any irresponsible individuals.
2. Obey all the rules - including traffic rules.
3. The organizers or I do not have any vested interests in this meet apart from having fun and a lotsa fun at at that!!!

YES - please refer to Point #5 And they are of course free to become members of IFG/ NAGRI

My dear friend and fellow mumbaikar, ofcourse it's the "Japaloupe Meet". I'm sure this is a sufficent advance notice to plan your schedule and looking forward to meet you there.
