Fishing trip with Inder.

Post by Mack The Knife » Wed Feb 07, 2007 9:20 am

Still three days to go but I am straining at the leash now.

Originally, there were supposed to be two other IFG members - Akshay and Nahaar but they have dropped out.

Since I have buggerall to do at the moment, here's the menu.

10th Feb.:

Breakfast: At Indradhanush. (Asif's mouth begins to water...)

Lunch: Malabar chicken stew + palak paneer + roti.

Tea: Earl Grey with a spot of milk and sponge cake.

Dinner: Chicken soup + Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani + Dal Makhani + fried fish (hopefully a tilapia).

11th Feb.:

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, butter and cheese + tea.

Lunch: Mutton boti curry + palak paneer + roti.

Tea: The usual.

Dinner: At Indradhanush.

Never did believe in slumming it.

And Inder, if you make a bloody fuss....

Mack The Knife, if you eat the 55 buck dosa and 25 rupee idli and the gruel like upmau, you will be climbing the walls...
Hark , am afloat in drool, thinking of Indradhanush
Just grab the kids and Inder and take off!
Wish I was there!
Best

Going to be selfish this time and keep the kids back as I want to do some serious fishing and not play nanny.

Plus we are taking the 800, so no place for them as the back will be filled with provisions, ragi, tackle and a change of clothes.

Pran, if you can tag along on your bike you are welcome. Let me know as I will have to buy more provisions if you are coming.

P.S.: That's assuming your bike does not have a top speed of 70kmph....

Man...and who is going to make all that?
Moi. So you better make sure you finish your portion or else....

You think it's a lot but the outdoors does wonders for one's appetite.
Oiled my twice used Shimano symetre
Christ!

Now take a dry cloth and wipe off all the oil from the outside or you will have dust sticking to it.
Swiped my never used ugly stick.
Why, wasn't it working?

Never had a chance. Used my imported telescopic when in north.

Some ugly stiks dont...;)
70 is top speed enough for a bike-never did take you on the noida bahn at 150,next time!
Inder-paddle the coracle and you'll be hungry enough to eat all the chow and the coracle.

One such episode was painful enough... ;)

Naaah...too slow.

Use your contacts and get us a big shiny ambulance with flashing lights and a siren. I'll drive.

Always had my eye on those Ford ambulances that Mallya Hospital uses.....

Well?
