Sir,
Is there shooting club in punjab which have its membership open for general public.

Bhaji I am trying to find a shooting club to become a member, there is a shooting range at Phillaur but its not open to normal people.
I wanted to import air pistol but left the idea as I don't have club membership and no one else bothered to help me out.

Yes , currently there were two shooting ranges in operational in Bathinda and in Mohali .
You may google for them too

But are they open for non NRAI members ?

Yes , non NRAI members can join after getting the membership of that particular range.
You may personally visit there on any working day or may call them for query.
Their numbers were available on internet
