There are others who know the aspects of coaching better than me. However, to help you better, could you please be a bit more specific with your requirements?
Do you have any particular discipline in mind? Is it for sport shooting or for self-defence?
Sport shooting has many disciplines involving air rifles/pistols and firearms such as shotguns,rifles and pistols. If you have something specific in mind, do let us know.
