Dear Friends,
I am sorry to bother you but can anybody please tell me if one individual or a group of individuals can establish a rifle or shooting club on their own. Do we need to take any affiliation from NRAI or any other agency. And I was thinking that can we establish a shooting club and get it registered under societies registration act 1860. Please help I actually want to establish a shooting club and range.
