Indians For Guns

Hello everyone,
Does anybody know of a Shooting Range at Nagpur which would be open for general public? The Times of India ran a story two years ago regarding the lack of it, but I dont know if the NMC took any action regarding it. Can anyone throw some light on this matter?

There is a small 10 metre indoor shooting range at Indira Gandhi Air Rifle Shooting Academy, near Wanjari Nagar water tank.
