There is nothing much to explain in the judgment you have pulled up. Everything is written in plain English language. But the main thing is, it appears you have pulled up case number 3286 of 2012 instead of 3268 of 2012.

from Date of Decision - 1/5/2012 to Date of Decision - 19/5/2015 there was total 30 hearing but hv no final decision ................ too fast our judiciary system ..................
