Well, the satraps in UP are worried about 76000 registered ALs in lucknow district but totally complacent about the millions of country made arms that are freely in circulation.! Strange rationale indeed!!

The dispute seems to be purely of the private nature between the petitioners
and the private respondents. The writ petition is not maintainable.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to petitioners to
approach the civil court or the appropriate forum.

There is nothing much to explain in the judgment you have pulled up. Everything is written in plain English language. But the main thing is, it appears you have pulled up case number 3286 of 2012 instead of 3268 of 2012.

from Date of Decision - 1/5/2012 to Date of Decision - 19/5/2015 there was total 30 hearing but hv no final decision ................ too fast our judiciary system ..................
