Crappy report! I wish the media/ press would take an objective view towards legal firearms rather than arriving at conjunctures.
Justice alone is the mainstay of government and the source of prosperity to the governed, injustice is the most pernicious of things; it saps the foundations of the government and brings ruin upon the realm - Sher Shah Sur, Sultan-ul-Adil.

As per my view , the common person want to have arm when he feel that the government is not capable to protect them. In UP the situation is very critical. every body is scared because of politics and the law & order situation. This is the reason why the common person expect an arm licence. Better to make confidence among the common man that their life and property is protected by the state. No body will invest his valuable money and time in this area.

70% guns are illegal in India only some peoples having legal firearm license who know the RKBA and ever ready to fight with babu sahab's system or spreading money and increasing corruptions .

as per my studdy common handmade guns are .315 and 12 bore shot guns everybody can buy if having local contact in some states or particular tribal areas in Uttar Pradesh / Bihar .
why government not trying to stop them ?
media and government officers are not working properly !! they are only beating to the legal firearm holders !!
this is my opinion
please you can give your suggestion.
