As an example of overcoming adversity, Karoly Takacs has few peers. He was part of Hungary’s world champion pistol-shooting team in 1938, when an army grenade exploded, crippling his right hand. Ten years later, having taught himself to shoot with his left, he won two gold medals in the rapid-fire class.

My personal feeling is that the following statement is back to front!!
The rather silly thing of "provable threat" still looms large in the mental (?) makeup of our upholders of law & order!"As the SSP pointed out, “One does not need to know how to fire a weapon to get a licence. All they have to do is prove that they face some sort of threat.” "

So these chaps plan to take on Naxalites armed with IOF .32 revolvers and pistols
