Hi All,
Just got bit(shot ?) by the rifle bug. So searched around in Google and joined here. I'm currently studying near Gachibowli although I'm not from AP. Hope to learn from the pros and improve fast. So is anyone here practicing at the HCU Range ? If yes,please tell me how to join. The RAAP site mentions something about an arms license, is that mandatory ?
