Hello.My name is Nishant.I stumbled upon this website and this seems really informative.I hope to learn more about arms and ammunition.I also want to know if there exists any Amateur/Newbie group for shooting enthusiasts in New Delhi.

Welcome to IFG. Yes you will find plenty of information on this site. About Amateur/Newbie group for shooting enthusiasts in New Delhi let us wait and see what others have to say. Most probably you will have to join some rifle club or shooting range to practice.
