Jonah,

How about using it on the troll out to create trouble for IFG.Maybe we could shoot his b....s in your toy  So how does it launch the golf balls. If it's been converted from a real AR 15,then it would be using blanks,I am sure.If this is so ,then it would come in the category of a a firearm.

penpusher/Jonah,
It would make a good riot gun-have you seen the 410 /rubber baton conversions currently in use?

It is BEAMHIT 110 System.consists of the laser transmitter, one (1) mandrels of selected caliber, and a stand alone target running on "AA" batteries or an AC power source. The TR-700 target flashes when hit, emits an audible tone if desired, and records hits on a digital display. For advanced training, a timer enables the shooter to set an interval of 35 seconds down to 1 second for target acquisition and firing an excellent tool for developing speed and accuracy in tactical training. In use today for M-9 and other handgun marksmanship training, the 110 System is the perfect device for the repetitive training required to develop "muscle memory" shooting skills.
The BEAMHIT 110 System has some real advantages when used to conduct the dry-firing stage of an NRA Basic Firearm Course. The laser transmitter can be easily installed in the students' handguns, so that the students practice with their own firearms. When students are practicing sight alignment and sight picture for the first time, the instructor can leave the laser light on to see if the muzzle is pointing in the center of the target. This is helpful to the instructor because some students' failure to understand is hard to detect in a dry-firing exercise.

Using the BEAMHIT laser system, students can learn shooting fundamentals without the annoyances of the noise or recoil of actual firing. The 110 System, however, is not a substitute for live firing.
