Maintaining .32 IOF Ashni pistol

Hi Friends, I own an IOF Ashni .32 pistol can anyone here please suggest me how to maintain this weapon, I have WD 40 and a bottle of Gun oil can these be used? Please tell me how

If you have to use WD40 because of moisture, wipe it down well. It eventually builds a hard film, especially in combination with oil, and will lock up triggers, safeties, anything having a number of small parts. It does a fair job as a bore cleaner, but keep it off the mechanism.

Ashani seems to show a tendency of accumulating dirt at recoil spring and around hammer . I field strip the gun once in a while , spray Rustlick wipe it clean totally and put a grease /3M chain lube at moving parts , wipe up the excess and it's ready to be holstered .
