webley and scott mark iv .32 revolver cleaning/lubrication

hi all..
i am a new user in indians for guns....

my dad own webley and scott revolver mark iv .32 caliber which has safety button, few day back i was viewing the revolver i found the revolver very hard to use, and it has red color mark on chamber, i try to clean it but it is the same.... can you help me how to disassembly the revolver to clear it nicely

I'd recommend taking it to a knowledgeable dealer to have it stripped and cleaned.
