Thanks Dear Prashantji. I have replaced the 40 coil original IHP ( may be more than 22 years old) with a 35 model gsmith spring which was re-enforced with 3 no. of vortek's thick spacers to increase the wt. of the piston as well to increase the preload. I also removed the original thick washer of the piston seal to increse the length of the stroke. The result was excellent and the rifle was as good as new.

Sorry. Lot many of spelling mistakes. The very small size of font is causing problems.

Yes, for chrono test I used RWS hobby 11.9 grain which gave around 11.8 fpe and Gsmith highforce about 11FPE.

Why bother about blueing, when you can Cerakote it.
Cerakote, the worlds toughest thin film coating now has a certified applicator in India.

verify us at www.cerakoteguncoatings.com (got to : 'find applicator' and enter: 'India' as location)
or visit us at our website https://vocationalskillacademy.in/cerakote.php

Very simple. Cut one inch wide strips of 600 and 1000 grit sandpaper and rub against the surface in half circular direction (to and fro direction). The metal will soon shine.

Cold bluing is not long lasting as hot bluing. Cold bluing is mainly for touch up work.
