You cannot buy any kind of smokeless powder in India. Black powder is available for muzzleloaders and for blasting rocks etc.
Pray, why do you need this? It is a great powder for medium capacity cases like the .30-'06 etc.

Oh Yeah, i used to use 84 gr of 4350 with 180 gr NON boattail 30's-wotta load...No, not in a 30.May the kindly lights shine on you in your quest!
